Logging inTO the NEW DUNK for the first time

 

When logging in to the brand new Dunk 2018 app for the first time, please select “NEW USER”. Even if you have an existing Dunk account, you must log in as a “NEW USER”.

Please use the same email or facebook account that you used to log in on the old version of Dunk.  If you used Twitter or Google+ to log into the previous Dunk app, please use the same email that is tied to your Google+ and Twitter account. That will help us in the transfer of cards and coins from the old Dunk to the new Dunk 2018 app.

We are proud to announce the release of our new NBA Dunk Trading Card App! The new Dunk trading card app features the Panini cards you know and love and brings them to you in a digital format to collect on your portable devices. With Dunk you will be able to collect your favorite NBA teams and players, trade with fellow collectors and use your cards to enter daily contests! Now you can take your favorite Panini cards with you wherever you use Dunk!

FAQ

I used the old version of Dunk previously, what happens to my Dunk cards and coins?

• We are currently working on transitioning all Dunk cards and coins to the new Dunk app. This process will take some time to ensure all cards and currency are converted over properly. Please make sure you register as a new user in the new Dunk app and that your new Dunk account uses the same login method you previously used on the old Dunk. Please ensure you are using the same email address or the same Facebook/Twitter account to log in to Dunk.

What is the Old Dunk to New Dunk coin transfer ratio?

• The new Dunk coin economy is slightly different than the old one. Therefore, when your coins transfer you will receive 10x your old Dunk balance. For example, if you have 15,000 Dunk coins, that will transfer to 150,000 Dunk coins.

Can I still access my Old Dunk account when I get the New Dunk?

• Yes! The old Dunk app will still remain available to view your card collections until the transition is made and all cards and coins are moved over to the Dunk app.

Can I still get coins on the old Dunk app?

• Old Dunk Daily Coin Rewards, Coin purchases, and Tapjoy offers will be suspended during the transition. Users can collect free daily coins on the new Dunk app.

Are these real cards? Can I get my Dunk card mailed to me?

• Dunk is a digital only trading card app. All cards within the Dunk app are for use exclusively in the Dunk app.

What are Dunk contests?

• With Dunk you can play along with all the NBA games during the week. Using cards from your collection you can set your lineup and earn points based on the players featured on your cards. There will be special rewards given throughout the season based on how users finish in the contest.

VIP Changes?

• VIP Access has been modified for Dunk. Any coin purchase still grants you VIP access. You will notice the entire Dunk UI will change to a gold color when you have gained VIP access. There will also be a VIP timer on the home page. VIP Access will now last until midnight of the day you make your purchase.
