2016 Dunk Transfer Update

As many of our users have noticed, the 2016 Dunk transfer is underway! Lots of Dunk users have already had their coins and cards transferred. The accounts that were successfully transferred were users that used an E-Mail Login method for 2016 Dunk and used the same E-Mail login for 2017 Dunk. Complications such as multiple user accounts using the same email login has caused some delays in the transfers but those issues have been addressed.

Some users also may be wondering where their Dunk coins and cards are. Fear not, the transfer is still in progress and they are on the way as well. These remaining users will have coins and cards transferred based on the schedule below:

• Dunk users that used Facebook login – Target transfer completion is Jan 4th through Jan 20th
• Dunk users that used Twitter and Google+ login – Target transfer completion is Jan 25th through Feb 5th

We plan to have all users completely transferred with both cards and coins by early February. We appreciate your patience during this process and hope to have all your assets moved over soon.
