George’s two free throws with 3 seconds left sealed his 38-point performance and lifted the Pacers to a 100-99 victory at Washington. George made 13 of 22 shots one night after going 11 for 23 for 35 points in a loss at Charlotte. Indiana’s lone All-Star has made four 3-pointers in each of his last four games, shooting 50 percent from long range during the stretch.
