Barnes finished with 26 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists for the first triple-double of his career in the Grizzlies’ 121-114 win over the Pelicans on Friday night. Barnes, playing in his 839th career regular-season game, had a unique performance to say the least. He’s averaging 8.2 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.7 assists over a 13-year career that has been spent with nine different teams. It marked only the second time he finished with at least 10 assists.
